Esta serie fotográfica tomada desde un orificio en la puerta baño del cinema imperio de Bogotá en el año 73, es la primera secuencia tomada directamente de un lugar de encuentro gay en la ciudad. Y también la primera hecha, con mi entonces nueva cámara Pentax. La seducción y el engaño hicieron posible estos documentos, una acción en la que el artista hizo parte importante.

This photographic series taken through a hole in the bathroom door in the Imperio movie theater in Bogotá in 1973 is the first series of photos to ever be taken directly of one of the city’s gay meeting places, and also the first I ever did with my then new Pentax camera. Seduction and deception made these documents possible, an action in which the artist played an important role.
